By initializing the Looming AI Infrastructure ("The Facility"), you agree to these directives. Failure to adhere results in immediate identity purge.
01. Autonomous Code Generation
Looming AI provides automated software generation services via the Titan Trinity Engine. By utilizing the "Architect" or "Core" modes, you acknowledge:
- No Warranty: Code generated by AI is provided "AS IS". While the Healer Engine corrects syntax errors, we do not guarantee that generated software is bug-free, secure, or fit for a specific commercial purpose.
- Human Review Required: You agree to review all generated source code (Python, JS, HTML) before deploying it to a production environment.
- Liability Shield: Looming AI is not liable for data loss, financial damages, or security breaches resulting from the use of code generated by our system.
02. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
We believe in sovereign ownership of digital assets.
- You Own The Output: Any software, scripts, textures, or 3D assets generated via the Forge or Architect modes belong to YOU. You hold the full commercial copyright to your creations.
- No Claim: Looming AI claims no ownership or royalty rights over applications built using our infrastructure.
03. Subscriptions & Credit Economy
Access is managed via recurring subscription tiers (Operator / Architect Clearance).
- Monthly Cycle: You will be charged automatically every 30 days via Stripe.
- Energy Credits: Credits are a monthly computational allowance, not a currency. Unused credits DO NOT rollover to the next month.
- Asset Forge Limits: Image generation (DALL-E 3) consumes 400 Credits per request. If you exhaust your monthly allocation, you must upgrade your clearance level to generate more.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via the profile dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No Refunds: Due to the high compute costs of GPU-accelerated generation, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.
04. VPN Conduit & Carrier Status
Looming AI acts as a Common Carrier. We provide an encrypted tunnel via WireGuard for Architect-level subscribers.
- Zero-Retention: We do not log traffic content, destination, or data packets.
- Mandatory Handshake: You are the sole legal author of all packets transmitted via your assigned IP.
- Prohibited Vectors: Any use of the tunnel for CSAM, DDoS, or Malware distribution results in a permanent hardware ban.
05. Acceptable Use Policy
The Titan Engine is a tool for creation, not destruction.
- Malware Prohibition: You may not use the "Architect" mode to generate ransomware, viruses, or polymorphic code designed to damage computer systems.
- Phishing: You may not generate deceptive login pages or social engineering scripts.
