01. Project Persistence & Vault Data

Unlike standard chatbots, LoomingAI operates a Persistent Build Vault. To provide file download capabilities, generated code assets (HTML, Python, JS) and forged visual assets (PNG) are temporarily stored on our secure infrastructure. This data is associated with your User UUID.

You maintain full Intellectual Property rights to the code and assets generated within your private session. LoomingAI claims no ownership over user-created software artifacts.

02. Titan Trinity Processing

Your directives are processed via a Split-Stream Architecture:

2.1 The Architect (Logic)

Prompts are routed to OpenAI (GPT-4) or Google (Gemini) for structural planning. These providers are bound by enterprise data agreements prohibiting the use of your private prompts for public model training.

2.2 The Forge (Asset Synthesis)

When using the Asset Forge, visual prompts are processed via DALL-E 3. While we log technical metadata (token usage, timestamp) for billing purposes, the resulting images are stored only in your private project directory.

03. Subscription & Financial Data

LoomingAI utilizes Stripe for all recurring billing operations.

We DO NOT store credit card numbers or CVC codes.
We DO store your Customer ID and Subscription Status to authorize tool access.
Cancellation requests are processed immediately via the Stripe API, terminating recurring billing at the end of the current cycle.

04. VPN & Zero-Traffic Policy

For users accessing the "Secure Tunnel" feature (Titan Pro), we adhere to a strict Zero-Traffic Log Policy. We do not inspect, record, or store the contents of your web traffic.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE: While traffic content is private, LoomingAI monitors network health metrics (bandwidth load, connection stability) to prevent abuse. Use of the VPN for illegal kinetic activity will result in immediate termination of the node.
