LoomingAI LLC operates a Persistent Build Vault. To provide file download capabilities, generated code assets (HTML, Python, JS) and forged visual assets (PNG) are temporarily stored on our secure infrastructure. This data is associated with your User UUID.

Operators maintain full Intellectual Property rights to the code and assets generated within private sessions. LoomingAI LLC claims no ownership over user-created software artifacts.

02. Titan Trinity Processing

Directives are processed via a Split-Stream Architecture:

2.1 The Architect (Logic)

Prompts are routed to enterprise-grade inference models. These providers are bound by data agreements prohibiting the use of private prompt data for public model training cycles.

2.2 The Forge (Asset Synthesis)

Visual prompts are processed via high-fidelity fabrication engines. Technical metadata is logged for billing, but resulting images are stored strictly in your private project directory.

03. Subscription & Financial Data

LoomingAI LLC utilizes Stripe for all recurring billing and payout operations.

• We DO NOT store credit card numbers or CVC codes.
• We DO store Customer IDs and Subscription Status for authorization.
• Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our policy as listed on the resource allocation page.

04. VPN & Zero-Traffic Policy

For users accessing the "Secure Tunnel" (Titan Pro), LoomingAI LLC adheres to a strict Zero-Traffic Log Policy. We do not inspect, record, or store the contents of your encrypted traffic.
